Ms. Tsai is a very soft spoken and unassuming individual, which could lead one to beleive that she may not be as assertive as she might need to be. However, I discovered that that is my bias. She is a very thoughtful and supportive therapist. She has been working with our granddaughter and has brought her a long way and opened new doors for her. Our granddaughter resisted going to a counselor at first, however now she hugs Ms. Tsai when she leaves and always says that she has been helpful. The change in our granddaughter's demeanour is remarkable..
