I've been going to Dr Zappia for years. He has a record of my history and asks for updates, symptom by symptom every visit. He is able to take care of the problem usually in only a few visits. I originally started seeing him for a lower back problem which has since cleared up, years ago. Now I see him occasionally for tingling in my arms and hands, and he knows exactly what needs to be done. When I had a serious problem he was able to alleviate the pain in two visits, and although he is pretty busy, he managed to fit me in. He's a good chiropractor in my opinion.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
