I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. An additional benefit is the staff is very deaf-friendly. Dr. Lukin can sign some for himself and communicated well with my husband.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
