There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
