I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually encourage questions. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It is obvious from the very first contact tha Dr. Faulkner cares about her patients. I'll give you just one example.
I was helping a friend install a fence when his wife drove up. He asked her, "How did it go with the Chiropractor?" She responded that he had told her she was going to need 3 treatments a week for as much as 2 years. I butted in "What, 2 years, that's ridiculous ! I am going to call Dr Faulkner and you go see her tomorrow.) I took her card from my wallet, called the number and quickly she had an appointment.
The next day we were working on the fence again. I had forgotten about making the appointment until my friend's wife rushed over saying "Thank you, Dr Faulkner is wonderful)" , ("oh, how did it go), I asked.
She looked me in the eyes then moved her head back until she was looking straight up into the skies. When she rejoined my gaze her eyes were filling with tears and she said, "I thought I would never be able to lift my head again. Thank you for making me go".
I went to see Dr Faulkner the next week and asked how she liked the woman I had sent? She replied very positively so I began to relay my experience with my friend's wife. When I got to the part where the wife lowered her head and had tears in her eyes I looked up and Dr Faulkner had tears running from her own eyes.
I hope me telling of this experience gives you some idea of the level of care that goes on in this office.
Yes NoTheir full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
