I loved this practice. My son was only 4 yrs old when we started here, he had a very bad reaction to strawberries. We started with treatment and also found out he was allergic to other things as well. I was always very happy with the doctors and office staff at the Woodbridge location. They were always very patient and professional with my son, after a couple visits, he loved going to get his allergy shot! Never thought i would be able to say that.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. And then for a 15 minute consult that provided no value or new information over what my primary physician had already provided they wanted $300. Outrageous!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me! I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
