There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I have been going to this clinic for years. The office staff is ALWAYS professional and POLITE...Dr. Saba truly listens to patients. If you need 30 min, you get 30 minutes...QUALITY CARE, without a doubt; respect for the patients as well.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
