Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they were fully staffed

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
