My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
