They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. But the receptionist didnt even say hi, just I NEED YOU INSURANCE CARD, hello usually is nicer ...

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
