Dr. Buffer is a most caring,compassionate Dr and needless to say a most knowledgable, skilled cardiologist. Answers all questions,takes time with each person and with his wisdom and God's blessing kept my mother living beyond any expectancy. I highly recommend him to anyone needing excellent cardiac care.
