Great Doctor and pleasant staff but three times now in the past four years I have been seeing this doctor I have had my (bi-annual) appointment scheduled months in advance and either upon arrival or me calling to confirm, my appointment was removed and I was not informed. This is very frustrating as I work and have to take time off to go to these appointment because the doctor does not have extended hours. This is a very common problem with this particular doctor's office.
