I had a heart halter test and two of the probes were not even connected. When I complained about it, I was brushed off and it was not repeated. Office did not return phone calls. Cut my meds up to 75%..and added one that he told me I didn't need in the office. feeling helpless

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
