Dr. Wilson often seems to have no familiarity with my file at all.

I've been with this office for a year-5 visits-and have yet to see a doctor even when it was requested that I see Dr. Wilson. The staff are exceptional at avoiding patient communication. You never talk to a live person when you call and they will not call you back. The office has called me on 2 different occasions and left a message regarding lab results but I can never get anyone on the phone so I stop by the office and no one knows why I was called. Very incompetent and irresponsible. Every visit to this office has been a hassle because of the staff and I've had my fill. Time to find another doctor. If Dr. Wilson cared about his patients he would take appropriate steps to improve patient relations. If you are looking for new doctor this isn't one that will give care. The staff will just aggrevate you.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. DR WILSON HIMSELF IS A GOOD DOCTOR BUT HIS P.A. NAMED PAM IS THE RUDEST PA IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS OFFICE

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

A little, but it was bearable
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
No
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
