They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Staff checked up on me regularly while waiting for the results of the pathology report.
All of my questions were answered during the appointment, and the doctor had an upbeat, happy personality.
Staff was welcoming, offering a beverage & snack when I was feeling faint. They were ready to see me immediately when I showed up for my appointment. The doctor is a US Navy Man & was Chief of Skin Cancer Surgeon at Bethesda Naval Center. HE IS ALWAYS PROMPT! You better be on time or he'll be very annoyed! I never had to wait for him. Military motto: "If you're early, you're on-time. if you're on-time, you're late"!
This office exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.
Kudos to Dr. Mezebish.

This provider has helpful information available online, but it is somewhat hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. It is a truly caring and practice, committed to getting the job done with compassion and effectiveness. Their primary concern was ensuring that I knew what I would experience, my safety and my comfort. They always took the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office seems to be handicap-accessible, with no stairs to navigate and wide hallways and doors. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. Even when I was waiting for Dr. Mezebish to process the results and was located in the furthest operatory, the nurses popped in to check up on me. They always went the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Dr Mezebish was just awesome, professionaly and personally and he also has the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever dealt with. I would refer this Mohs surgery specialist to anyone. Even though my skin cancer had spread and was more than I expected, I left the office feeling good about myself and the great care I received.
