sometimes have to wait quite awhile but that is not unusual for this type of specialty service. I appreciate Dr. Xu's direct and efficient approach as well as his courteous demeanor.

My appiontment was made well in advance and had never seen Dr. Xu before. My appointment was for 4:45 pm on July 17th. I was out of the office by 5:15 for sure. I didn't even have time to complete the paperwork regarding history and it wouldn't matter if I had he didn't even look at it. He was in before I had time the change into the gown. He just looked at me under the light and told me no problem and he checked my chest, face, arms and back. I really had concerns I wanted to address but felt like I was rushed out of there. He ordered some ointment for my itching and told me to quit picking. I have never felt so pushed in my life. I hope that he doesn't charge full price for an appoitnemtn like that. I would not go back to him. I have had basil removed and wanted a body check to make sure things were okay. I feel like he just wanted me gone.
