I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Dr. Ross came off as selfish and money-hungry. He didn't tell me explain or show me what he found in the ALL-of, 3 minute exam he conducted. I was being seen for skin lesions, give me a mirror! Explain, please! I left feeling as if Dr. Ross was only concerned with the money he was making off me.
****I had to pay for the entire amount of the "expected" billing charge before the doctor would walk in the room with me.** The billing office had poor knowledge, directly lied about reimbursement and was a nightmare to work with.

Altogether a shoddy operation of Dr. Ross making fast money from Edina residents who he expects to pay out-of-pocket. I don't even know how his social or medical skills are, because he didn't make the time to show them. He definitely could explain how I would be billed for further procedures, though! I would NOT recommend him.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
