Overkill on the biopsies...left with major "sores' which were all not needed...have seen other dermotogist that could "tell" without $1000 in lab fees!

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
