If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I saw the PA on both visits, however, she was not certain regarding my diagnosis so Dr. Young breezed in for literally moments and made a diagnosis. I went twice, condition only worsened. The most attention I got was from a collection agency when they turned over my account to them no more than thirty days from my last visit and I had not even received a bill from them yet. I have subsequently gone to another dermotologist who has struggled in my diagnosis and treatment as well but at least she has spent time and attention to my condition and has now made a referral to Mayo Clinic. The only reason they get one star is because of the parking question. Parking is just fine.
