I visited him 3 times and saw him for a combined 2 minutes (no exaggeration). I feel it's about the same for everyone else, too, because the nurse would call in a new patient every 2 seconds it seemed. It felt like we were on a conveyor belt and he was filing through us as quick as possible to get as much money as possible.

The 1st time he walked in, shook my hand, told me the technical name for what I had, wrote a prescription, and was out the door without ANY explanation of what my problem actually was or what the prescription was.

The 2nd time was about the same but he said something along the lines of: "The cream looks like it's working decently. I know it's expensive, and there are some cheaper alternatives, but you don't appear to be in a cash crunch, ha ha ha ha!" It kind of caught me off guard and he was out the door in a flash again. By the way, I'm a poor college student....

The 3rd time angered me so much I legitimately considered suing. He walked in, shook my hand, saw my skin had cleared up, wrote another prescription, and darted toward the door like always. (I swear this time he was in the room for 15 seconds max, no joke.) Here's the thing, though:

Before he was out the door I asked, "Do dermatologists deal with ingrown hair issues, because I had a couple of questions about that?" His response: "Yes we do, and we'll talk all about that on your next visit. I'm running late for lunch, ha ha ha!!" And he shut the door...

That is complete b.s. He was the one who scheduled me for 12:00pm. He sees me for literally 15 seconds and then says he'll answer my questions in a month (another PAID visit) because he is running late for lunch..... Can you understand why I was so irate? Needless to say, I never scheduled with him before.

Last thing I should to mention.... I tried to get a refill on the cream from the pharmacy. The pharmacist then told me he had denied a refill when they called him. So I went to another dermatologist, told her everything, and she smirked and said something like, "There is no reason you need to be seen routinely for this. I'll give you refills on that without you coming needing in, however I suggest you use this other cream. It's much cheaper and works just as well in my opinion".

-- Dr. Hall's monthly prescription costs over $100 PLUS the cost of monthly appointments.
-- My new dermatologist's prescription costs $15 and I've NEVER had to make a 2nd appointment (and it's been 10 months).

Dr. Hall thinks being friendly and assertive covers this up, but I'm telling you all...
He is solely interested in getting as much money from as many patients as quickly as possible.

Epic waste of time and money. I go into his office and he tells me there is nothing he can do for my dark circles. But then he tells me that they have some really good stuff for my dark circles that I can buy from his front office. Then he makes another appointment for me so he can take more of my money. This man doesn't care about the people he just want's you to help pay off his house. Save your money go somewhere else.
