I have been a patient at Dr. Do's office for several months now. I continue to visit Dr. Do's office because I have developed genuine trust and respect for her as a professional doctor. Each time I visit her office, she reviews my medical file and examines my skin to see if progress has been made. She will normally identify the source of the problem if progress has not been made, alter her treatment plan if needed, and/or reinforce the importance of consistent application of topical treatments (if I have not been consistent in applying the prescribed medication).

I always leave Dr. Do's office with a giddy, uplifted feeling that brightens the rest of my day because I feel cared for at Dr. Do's office. I would give me highest recommendation to Dr. Do for any person who wants a doctor who is knowledgeable, hard-working, compassionate, and very effective at diagnosing/treating skin ailments.

I felt the staff was friendly. The doctor didn't go above and beyond, but they did her jobs. I would recommend them to my friends and family. The service was impeccable if a bit rushed. They usually seem prepared for my appointment and remember most everything important about me and my circumstance. Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done.

I will absolutely return. I've been coming to Dr. Hong for 20 years and it has helped me manage and cope with my ongoing eczema. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Dr. Hong is thorough and meticulous. She really goes out of her way to make sure I'm well taken care of.

I have been seeing Dr. Do for about 2 years. I have had eczema all my life and have seen many dermatologists before Dr. Do without much improvement. A friend recommended Dr. Do and after just 2 weeks, all my skin rashes and itching disappeared. Now my skin is clear and I can sleep better, perform better at work and live a normal life after years of suffering. I am so grateful to this wonderful doctor!

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The doctor was sympathetic, but rather quiet. However, the doctor seemed very competent and I knew that I could count on her. I was almost late for my appointment because I had a hard time finding the doctors office, as it was tucked behind a Carl's Jr and Carrow's, off of Tully Rd, on an old strip mall, with a mish mash of other businesses. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else a little more professional. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
