They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office staff doesn't help at all. The medical staff are knowledgeable, but I feel like since I'm young and I look physically fit, they brushed me off more until they saw my lab results that said I was prediabetic. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It's really hard to get an appointment when you need one. I'm trying to find another endocrinologist.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I have been trying to call this doctor at his office number which is (631) 462-2200 and keep getting a recorded message stating that his mail box is full and to call back later. This is disheartening because i want to speak with him.his staff about why I have three separate appointments scheduled within days of each in calendare year 2012 and cannot cannot reach anyone to talk with @ this matter. He is an excellent doctor and I like his practice very much but he should be able to be reached or contacted via his business phone. If someoine from his office reads thjis message Please call me at (212) 709-1593 so w2e can resolve this important matter. Thank you.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
