They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was organized and clean. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
Only thing that bothered me was their telephone system, where you had to either wait and wait, or got an answering machine. Very frustrating when you need to talk to someone right away and you know they are there.

The office was easy enough to find. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
