I have been a patient for 10 years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Kapros diagnosed my thyroid cancer and saved my life. I would never consider being treated by anyone else. I sometimes have to wait a little longer than I would like, but it is well worth the wait.

My sugar was high when I got there because I had just eaten lunch and told them that and they tried to give me 8 more units of insulin which at the time IF i should've had a shot would've only had to take 2 units - good thing I checked or I may not be here. Then when the doctor FINALLY came in, she goes "Diabetics are so needy!"...Well I guess we are DOC, that's what your supposed to be there for. NEVER WENT BACK!!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
