Completely agree with the other complaints - I cried in his office too. Here you are being told you have a thyroid disorder and there is absolutely no empathy coming from Dr. Ong. Even worse, he doesn't explain anything! The only way to figure anything out about your condition is to ask him questions, which I started to do.. but get this -- he actually interrupted me and said he had no more time to answer my questions; he had another patient to see. He is only allotted 15 minutes per patient and my time was up. And he's only been in there 10 minutes and stared at computer screen the entire time! No eye contact or discussions with me. He did offer for me to wait and he would come back to answer more questions. I did take him up on his offer. I also tried to get him to see what an extremely poor communicator he is, but he has no insight of any kind. Extremely defensive, like the patients are his enemy. He also tried to blame me for not getting new labs before my appointment but no one ever told me to do so let alone handed me a lab slip. Something is seriously wrong with this doctor. So wrong that it makes me questions his actual medical skills. I am moving on to a new doctor ASAP.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag; but I have not waited in the waiting room more than 15 minutes. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and if the Dr. is not there to give me an answere he calles back as soon as possible.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
