One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. What's worse, when I do talk to the doctor and staff they don't always take my concerns seriously and they respond like it's such a hassle to deal with me. Someone who takes their health seriously shouldn't be blown off by their doctor / nurses.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her staff though, is almost intolerable. They are rude and uncaring, which is hard to get past even if you like the doctor.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I'm happy with Dr Weisler, but the front of office staff - the receptionists, people who answer the phones - are terrible. They're generally hostile and unhelpful. You just have to ignore them because Dr Weisler provides a good service.
