The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

The phone number here is incorrect - it should be 516 681-3937!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Hart is the best! I'd never go to another eye doctor ever again after my experience at Woodbury Optical.

The office is so nice. The girls that perform the pre-exam and work at the desk are so helpful. They will answer any questions that you have. As well as Dr. Hart, he was such a sweet man and answered any question that I have. He really takes his time with his patient's makes every patient every that they are special. He and his staff are very professional.

Everyone at Woodybury Optical are the nicest people ever. All the girls were great and really made me feel like I was being taken care of. And Dr. Hart is a great man and really knows what hes doing.
I'd recomend their office to everyone.
