They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with all their high tech. equipment, and selection of frames.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The office was easy enough to find.
