Dr. Chow is sloppy and very irresponsible, ignoring patients' concerns.
She is top in her class! I wish the patient's interest is at the top of her heart.
1. She skipped part of the exams during checkups from my experiences.
2. Ignore indications that could lead to severe problems
3. when patients encountered a severe issue, instead of calling the patient in for an examination, she simply told the patient on the phone to take out the contact and put it back on. After the patient's several calls about the same issue, she misdiagnosed the problem and prescribed the wrong medicine which actually makes things worse. Later, I, the parent of the patient who has no ophthalmology knowledge had to do research online to figure out the problem. Fortunately, I nailed down the issue and decided on a specialist to see (after a month of talking to Dr. Chow). Ironically, Dr. Chow called us (right after I nailed down the problem) to go to the same specialist and she even told me that she had regular training with this specialist. Then why in the world she could not figure out the issue?
After the medical issue was confirmed by the specialist, she still talked to me to have the patient put on the contact again, ignoring the further risk for the patient.

Dr. Chow displays excellence in customer services. You will not feel like you are on an assembly line but feel that the services and checkup are on a personal level.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with.They are always happy to help. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination. Their office was well organized and clean. The doctors is knowledgeable and well-informed. She was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns.
