I would never visit them again. My child was prescribed a very expensive and unnecessary treatment; my gut instinct kicked in and a second and third opinion confirmed my instinct. I also was a patient there and can not see as well as I did before the new prescription. Will never return.

The front desk staff were friendly and saw my daughter relatively quickly. However, after the initial eye test with some kind of machine (I wasn't told what they were specifically doing), we had to wait over half an hour to see the optometrist. When the optometrist finally came in, I felt he rushed the whole process and just had my daughter look at a few pictures. My father-in-law is an optometrist and swears there's something wrong with my daughter's eyes, but the optometrist dismissed my concerns and said she was fine.
