Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could use more help. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. What mattered most to me though, they were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. In the Springfield office, they had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts

I just got back from my appointment. The doctor never showed up, and her office was trying to reach me by calling a number I've never had. There is only one listing in the state with my last name, not real hard to find me in this internet age.
