Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Both Dr. Madison's were patient with working my perscription and if necessary, reworking it to ensure I was completely satisfied. I did not feel rushed in the chair, even when I personally thought I was taking too long. They tried to ease my concern by telling me it is OK, better to take the time now to get it right than have to keep coming back. I hve been coming here for over 10 years.

We have been going here for 4 years, ease to get an appt., not long of a wait in waiting area or exam room. Staff has always been courteous. When my daughter has to order contacts, they alway give us a "sample" to tie us over. Someone mentioned their selection for frames was slim and pricey. Yes, but they are more than happy to give you your presecription and buy someplace else.

The doctors and staff concerning the appointment and exam are very good - that's why I keep going back. But the glasses are super expensive, not that great of a selection and you feel pressured to purchase from there. I don't like that. Overall very nice place with the exception of the large, hot windows!
