They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I am from out of town ( Windsor, Ontario) and needed to have my eye glasses fixed after my grand-daughter had stepped on them. I was greeted curteously by very professional staff members and was immediately reassured that my glasses could be repaired. I was told it would take a bit of time. Their front office/retail area is very spacious and modern. There was a larged plasma TV to keep me occupied as it was impossible to read without my glasses. The repairs took about 15 minutes and the technician was not satisfied until he had the glasses fitting perfectly. I was abolutely shocked and pleased when he adivised me to enjoy them and there was no charge for the services. The damages, in my mind, were quite severe, however, the glasses are now in perfect condition.

Three members of my family went here for glasses. After several visits none of the three have correct glasses. I think Dr Fisher is using too many inexperienced people in his practice. Interns?
