My opinion of this practice comes from years of growing with these two doctors. They started from a quaint office to a free-standing business. Great-if you can train your staff to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Many, many years my family & I have been with the Fishers only to be disappointed by their staff over & over again. Appointments are not scheduled correctly, receptionists call & make mistakes on orders, clerical errors on patient record and impersonal customer service. After being patients at both locations for more than 4-5 years, you would think the same staff would recognize at least your record if they LOOKED at it to see if you were there before instead of holding it in there hand & saying, "Have you been here before?" Sometimes, a practice is judged by their staff, something the Fishers may want to think about...I'm taking my family elsewhere as we will be l@@king for another eye doctor with a caring staff.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

My husband and I both went to the Fisher Eye Associates for new glasses. We were looking for an additional pair of prescription sunglasses as well. The office is beautiful and the associates are nice, they even give you a bottle of water when you visit them. The problem with this concept is that you are paying for all of these items. It actually took much longer to get the paperwork completed than it did for the actual exam. The prices for our glasses were EXTREMELY high, even though the frames I picked were on the clearance rack and my husband used an existing frame to save costs. In addition we have 2 vision plans to help cover the costs. We had to go back twice to verify the charges as the associate did not do them correctly the first time. Yes, if you like luxury and paying for it - then this is the place for you. But if you are a family on a budget, you had better look somewhere else.

Fantastic Experience. This service provider is the best and should be viewed as the model for the eye care industry. My son suffered a severe eye injury March 2013. Instead of visiting the emergency room at a local hospital we decided to try Fisher Eye located close to our home. Best decision we could have made. Close and convenient but most of...caring. I cannot commend David Fisher and his staff enough. His level of service and that of his staff exceeded above and beyond the call of duty. This Dr saw my son after hours, on weekends due to the nature of his injury and did so with professionalism and the highest level of care. I highly recommend him and his practice. I will patron his practice alone going forward for all my families eye care needs.

Oh - where do I begin. This place was horrible. The only redeeming feature being the front desk staff who were apologetic, suitably embarrassed and tried their hardest to fix what spiraled into a comedy of errors. Except it wasn't funny. My experiences included broken spectacle lenses (yup - they broke 'em), wrong contacts lenses dispensed, time and time again (well, three times) and a condescending attitude from one member of staff who had no issues with sitting right in front of my face after having had a quick cigarette break. Dr.s Fisher seem nice enough and relatively competent but would I return? Not on your life.

The doctor was friendly. The staff efficient and also understanding. I carried my prescription to a large eyeglass-making concern. THEY could not fill the prescription correctly and blamed the doctor. They agreed that they had covered the instructions correctly on the prescription, but the eyeglasses were more than useless. After a second visit to the doctor, and a second visit to the store, I got my money back from the store. The doctor filled the prescription correctly. It cost less at the doctor's office for the pair of glasses I needed. He and his wife are both Optometrists. My wife uses his wife for her vision needs. I recommend them both very highly. The office is extremely easy to approach. The parking spots are plentiful and ring the outside of the office...including handicapped spots which I need to use mostly.
