The waiting area here is extremely spacious. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
