I loved that they tried to get me in as soon as possible. I felt like a priority. I got an appointment right away, and the staff were very understanding when I let them know I was running a few minutes late. This business is in one of the safest areas around. They did an amazing job at providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts.

Excellent eye exam by Dr Kurtz. Very professional. Don't buy your glasses there. Get your script and go somewere else. I had my frames damaged ( black paint scrapped off frames during lense instalation) and office manager refused to fix the problem until I threatened to stop payment on credit card. Raised her voice and was very stressed. After 18 years of going there, I will not be going back. Office manager needs to be reminded about patient satisfaction and good business practice.
