I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Travis and his staff are always more than happy to answer any of my questions - they actually welcome questions. I've continue to tell my friends and family about the fantastic experience I have had there. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
