Not a thorough exam. I went in for a routine eye glass prescription. I didn’t have a complete exam. They insisted I had cataracts and needed surgery and that I wouldn’t be able to see just wearing glasses. They told me this without even eye dialation. She was pushy and wanted me to go to her associate for surgery. I told her no I don’t think so. I took their prescription and had glasses made. I could not see out of them at all. I was told the prescription was incorrect and I should get a recheck. The eye prescription was indeed incorrect. I went back to my long time eye doctor and the prescription he gave me was very different, I got glasses and my sight is perfect with them. My longtime doctor told me my cataracts had not progressed enough for surgery and were not even hampering my eyesight as yet. I would not recommend Erica Burton and won’t go back. Very pushy and confusing.

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
