Dr. Bertrand is always kind and friendly and willing to answer all my questions. She is very helpful and thorough. All the techs are great too! My glasses prescription was a bit complicated this time around, and Yvonne the optician was very patient and kind. She spent a lot of time working with me to help me understand my insurance and figuring out the most affordable way to get my glasses and contacts.

I have visited my share of doctors and this is by far one of the best experiences I have had with dealing with doctors. From reception to checkout, the staff, including Dr. Bertrand, Olga, and Yvonne were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It is rare to find a group of professionals collectively working together on the same page to provide a wonderful customer experience.

Amazing! Dr. Bertrand is awesome! She is always willing to listen and answer all questions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From beginning to end, I was extremely pleased with the experience at Berkeley Eye.

My child broke his glasses and Yvonne in the optical dept found out we were having trouble getting in, in a reasonable time, she contacted Dr. Bertrand and we were in, in a few days!!! Thank you for the royal treatment!!!!

Olga did another excellent job of a pre-exam. I had her last year as well. I really like Dr. Bertrand as she explains the eye condition in laymen's terms. Very down to earth..I like that. Christina was very professional in her help filling my new rx. Thanks to all, Mack

Berkeley Eye Center in Katy was the best experience I've ever had at an eye center. The office staff was courteous. The assistant was very nice and thorough with getting my info for the doctor. Dr. Bertrand did a fabulous job with checking everything for my basic eye exam and paid close attention to things that need to be checked every year. While buying eye glasses the lady was very helpful with my selection and patient. I am super impressed with this eye center. It is the best one that I've ever been to and I highly recommend this office.

I have used the Katy location for the last 5 years. Dr Bertrand is wonderful. Her assistant who did my initial exam, wonderful "mature " lady with natural highlights like me.. LOL did an excellent job. Has a great chair side manner and obviously takes great pride in her work. Yvonne has fitted me for glasses the last 2 times there and always does a great job in helping me pick out a good frame and getting a comfortable fit.
