We were seen within 15 minutes of our appointment time. Dr. Bertrand was so patient with my little girl. She took her time with the examination. My daughter was very comfortable with her visit. Leslie at the optical department was also helpful with selecting frames & lense options. I would definitely recommend Berkeley Eye Care to others.

I don't normally set out to write a review, but Berkely Eye Center in Katy showed me outstanding service, and I feel that they deserve it! From the time I walked through the door until the time I left, I was treated as a valued customer. I was very impressed by all of the staff that I interacted with, especially Christina. She helped me find a fun pair of glasses and was a pleasure to talk to! Dr. Bertrand was awesome as well. Very sweet! She listened to and addressed every single concern that I had. I highly recommend Berekley Eye Center!

New patient at Berkeley. Dr Bertrand and her staff were pleasant & helpful in determining the right contacts for me. C. Reilly went over and beyond in helping me pick out frames and making sure she explained the different options for lenses. I never felt rushed or like I was taking too much time.

This was my first visit to Berkeley. I went to them because they were on my insurance and carried my current glasses frame. Leslie was very nice and extremely helpful in ordering new lenses for me at half the cost I had been given at another office. She also helped me find a great pair of lower cost sunglasses. Leslie helped me for more than an hour, and I left feeling I had received great care.

The best experience I ever had with an eye doctor! Everyone was nice and friendly from the first person I spoke to until the last check out person. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They got me in quickly and explained everything. I will recommend to this office to everyone I know. Thank you
