Dr. Dorschug, Edna, and Vinny are amazing healthcare providers. They truly believe in preventative care and whole person wellness. My grandparents went to this office, my parents go now as well as my brothers and their wives.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The survey robot wrote that for me but it's all true. I've been seeing Dr. Dorschug since she took over the practice. I'm stubborn, I rarely go unless I'm on the verge of hospitalization... but they always find a way to squeeze me in! The staff are friendly, professional, and courteous. They make me feel welcome, like I've managed to bump into an old friend at the store. I'd never dream of going anywhere else.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
