She really is the best!!!! Very friendly and makes me very comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional.

Based on more than two years seeing Dr. Persaud, I know her to be an excellent family and personal physician. I have had many personal/family physicians over the years and only on a few occasions have I been able to find someone as attentive and intelligent, and as focused on my needs, as Dr. Persaud. Really she is exceptional. .... (what follows is the stuff resulting from my answers to this site's poll: They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.

i have not been here yet but i found the woman making appointments on the other end of the phone rude and she spoke to me like i was a child chastising me. i should have cancelled my appointment because of this but the doc gets very good reviews ....

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Dr. Persaud is the kindest person i hv ever met i just love her she never rushes she is very caring.
