It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week or two. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I would not recommend her to anyone

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The receptionist Maureen was not helpful at all. She did not forward the necessary documents numerous times and spent more time on the phone about personal stuff while I was sitting in the waiting room. Otherwise the doctor was very nice.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
