The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

This guy sucks. It is a common tactic they notify you by phone if your results (blood work, CT scan) are in, and when you show up, either the whole office is conveniently gone for the day, for the week, or everyone leaves early, or the secretary says "the doctor has not yet reviewed your results." They will then promise to call the next day, then the next day... Basically, they won't tell you what's wrong with you. If you are not ready to let me know, then don't call me to say the results from labs have arrived. They take some sadistic pleasure in watching you stew in fear and anxiety for a long time. This has happened so many times. I hate this office, totally unprofessional.
