I have been very happy with Dr. Kashlan. She seems very thorough in her review of my health records and I can ask her any questions I have. Her staff on Steubenville Pike are very helpful.

I'd like to start off by saying that Dr. Kashlan herself is very nice and caring but her two practices, one in Cecil and one in Canonsburg, are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I've called several different times to both locations over a year period and it has been the same every time. They cut you off when you are speaking, they huff and puff when they have to do something, or they put you on "hold" never to come back. The past few times I've called the Canonsburg practice they have done everything in their power to send me back to Cecil when I live literally half a mile away from the one in Canonsburg. I'm not really sure what is going on in those offices but I can tell you that you will never get a straight answer and they will make you do all the leg work. Oh, and good luck actually ever getting in to see her thanks to her exceptionally rude staff.
