I AM AN ASTHMATIC, I HAVE CALLED 3XS ON A THRUSDAY AND FRIDAY, AND 1X ON A VOICE RECORDING. NO RETURN CALL AND NO INHALERS PHONED INTO RITEAID IN MOSCOW. LET ME TELL YOU, IT IS A LONG WEEKEND WHEN YOU CANNOT BREATHE. AND NO I AM NOT GOING TO THE ER, SHOULD NOT HAVE TO. ESPECIALLY SINCE MY DEDUCTIBLE IS $2500.00. THAT WOULD BE (2) AWFULLY EXPENSIVE INHALERS. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL 3XS THIS MORNING AND KEEP GETTING THAT THEY ARE BUSY (RECORDING).

I've been a patient for years and the office staff is always miserable, unhappy and ignorant. They don't seem to really want to give you quality time to asses your needs and concerns and make sure you are getting the proper help that you need.

DR HARASYM IS AWESOME!------ HE GETS 4 STARS!!!!!!! IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM - I WOULD HAVE CHANGED TO SOMEONE IN THE AREA I LIVE NOW. IT'S A FORTY OR SO MINUTE DRIVE NOW.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL, I'D GIVE THEM MAYBE 1 STAR. THEY NEVER ANSWER INCOMING CALLS. WHEN THEY CALL YOU BACK IT'S FROM A CELL NUMBER AND IF YOU CANT ANSWER WHEN THEY ARE CALLING THE LEAVE A VM BUT CAN'T CALL THE NUMBER BACK, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE INCOMING CALL, EVEN IF ITS LESS THAN A MINUTE FROM THE TIME THEY CALLED YOU..
TEST RESULTS THAT NEVER GET RELAYED TO ME CAUSE THEY SAY CALL BACK THEN_BUT THEN YOU NEED TO GIVE ALL THIS INFORMATIONS TO A VM AND WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL BACK. I CALLED ON MY CELL PHONE, HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, ONLY TO NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK, CALLED AGAIN AND THE YOUNG LADY GAVE ME A NUMBER THAT WAS ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE_ SHE SAID I NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE - WRONG!!! THEN RATTLED OF A # THAT WASN'T MINE, NOT SURE IT WAS EVEN IN OUR ZIP CODE. THEN SAID I MUST HAVE MADE A MISTAKE...LOL, WHEN I'M SHOWING ON MY CELL THE NUMBER I CALLED 5708420945 AND THE TIME OF THE CALL I MADE TO THEM. I HEARD MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS OFFICE STAFF. 10 YRS AGO, THE GIRLS HE HAD WORKING THERE-WERE GREAT!!! I HAVE NO REASON TO NOT LEAVE MY NAME IN THE AREA BELOW. I DON'T CARE IF THEY LIKE WHAT I WROTE HERE OR NOT. DO A BETTER JOB AND YOU WILL NOT NEED TO BLURR OUT THE UNPLEASANT COMMENTS AS THE COMMENTS.

They never ever ever answer the phone. Never! You can start calling as soon as they are SUPPOSED to be open. They will never answer the phone ALL day. They will never return your phone can until the very end of the day, if they return it at all. If they do you are literally running into the pharmacy right before they close to get a prescription. I really need to find someone else. I am sitting here suffering with a UTI because they didn't call back. I will have to find a Urgent care center. You wait around all day thinking they will call back, then it's to late to go anywhere else. I will be curled up in pain all night. I really can't stand this office. I actually don't believe it is the Dr's fault or the Nurse practioner. I told her about it once & she seemed surprised.
