VERY RUDE MAN That DR ROBERT BRAUNFELD!.. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!.. I was in the waiting room and HEARD HIM SCREAM AT A PATIENT because she got a cell call (there was no sign in the waiting room to not use a cell)..
I heard the receptionist say to the person "no cell phones please" very nicely.
So the person got off the cell. Then DR BRAUNFELD SCREAMED at her to GET OFF THE PHONE!! .. I MEAN SCREAMED!!! I even got scared!.. who does that?!? VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!.. Im done there and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!.. Iam also writing to BBB.

No, they were very calm and understanding

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
