A credit to the Hippocratic Oath…

If you want a Dr. Feelgood in the vapid rock & roll sense, don’t come knocking on Dr. Tehrani’s door. If you want a Doctor that will patiently sit and listen to you; then provide insightful, highly enlightened feedback, by all means come a-knocking. Dr. Tehrani doesn’t have a turnstile at his office, doesn’t thinks of patients as numbers or dollar signs. This is a practice not an industry. He’s a good listener. He’s an even better speaker. Totally unlike most doctors who are emotionally disaffected and detached from the patient. This doctor is patient with his patients. He shows true compassion and care. He’s circumspect about prescribing meds – which probably accounts for the bad, unfounded reviews by folks who need a quick fix. He will only prescribe a med you really need, while expertly explaining the pros & cons of said treatment in a simple, effective way you will surely understand. He’s a doctor with a sense of humor and a personable approach. The office has a retro aesthetic which makes me feel immediately comfortable. The receptionist is gregarious and well-informed. The assistants uphold the standard set forth by a doctor of the highest order. There is no awkwardness here, rather you feel surrounded by friends. This is the magic of Dr. Tehrani, he brings a not so simple, stunning humanity to an otherwise cold fish profession.

I have been a patient at this office for about 2yrs now and I have been completely satisfied every time. Dr. Tehrani is very attentive, listens and answers all my question, in the simplest terms of understanding. And the receptionist there is very nice and makes sure all messages are answered and follow up calls are made.

Dr Tehrani is a great doctor,r I have been going to him for 20 years, but the last 2 years the new girls in the office don't want to do their jobs, I have called for a refill on a med I have been on for years walmart sent them 2 faxes the girl in the office claim she never got the fax so I told her what I need and here I am a week later with no meds. Time for me to fine a new doctor.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. My family and I called many times at different intervals to ask questions or obtain information. The doctor NEVER RETURNED CALLS!!!! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He then claims he never received messages, many times.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
