One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is office administration. It is too hard to reach doctor's office for or questions. Slow response rate to special needs that are faxed to office. Dr. Curley provides an excellent level of care. Extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and caring. The office administration though is extremely lacking. Office is handicap-accessible. The chairs they had in the waiting room were nice and comfortable. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.

Dr. Terrance Curley is caring, concerned doctor. He listens and responds, he has a friendly personality and is easy to talk to and able to explain his answers in layman terms. As for his team of receptionists that is another story...they are the rudest, most ignorant, disorganized, bunch of women(?) I have ever had to deal with! I have had to wait for 3-4 hours on occasion to see Dr. Curley. Once I get past the office "pitbulls" the visit is as a doctor's visit should be. Believe me if it were not for Dr. Curley being there I would find another office to go to.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.
