Dr. hess is a wonderful Dr. I would recommend him to anyone. I think his Nurse (Christi) is so great. She also returns calls very fast. I can't think of anyone that would not like this Dr. & his Nurse.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
